ESB, or “Extra Special Bitter” is a traditional English Ale with a copper color, biscuit-forward maltiness, and despite the name, mild bitterness. We brewed this classic style with floor-malted 2-row, Biscuit, and Aromatic malt from the UK then hopped with a single variety of East Kent Golding hops.
