We are excited and honored to announce that the owners of Cymatic Fermentation Project are purchasing Imagine Nation Brewing Co.!!!

We want to sincerely thank Robert and Fernanada for their kindness and generosity during this process. We would also like to thank the INBC team for welcoming us into the Imagine Nation Family. Lastly, we want to give a big thanks to the entire Cymatic F.P. staff for their patience, support and encouragement.

In the future we will be brewing all of our beer under the Imagine Nation Brewing Co. brand, while utilizing the Cymatic name for our Hard Seltzer beverage lines. The Imagine Nation taproom will remain open while continuing to host community events and serving our neighbors in Missoula and Western Montana.

The Cymatic Fermentation Project taproom will stay open until August 1, 2022. At that time we will make the INBC location at 1151 W Broadway St our sole taproom in Missoula. We will pivot the former Cymatic taproom into the Cymatic Event Center. This summer and fall, we will upgrade and remodel the Harrier production room for our brewing production, packaging and distribution location.

New Math – Cold IPA

NEW MATH, our version of a Cold IPA!! What is a Cold IPA? That’s up for debate, we started with a simple grain bill of Pilsner malt and rice and hopped it like a hazy with Idaho 7, Citra, and El Dorado hops.  Then, we fermented it cold using our house lager yeast and dry hopped during active fermentation, but not given an extended maturation like other lagers.  It’s a crispy, hazy beer with a truly unique and refreshing flavor, that is the sum of its parts. 7.5% ABV  52 IB

Drumroll Please – Coffee Porter

Drumroll Please is our very first Coffee Porter!!! Brewed with Montana grown pale and crystal malt, and chocolate and coffee malt from the UK, then hopped with British EKG hops. We then added cold-brewed Airto coffee from Missoula’s Drum Coffee Roasters. The African/Brazilian aroma envelopes you first, followed by a dry, roasted flavor, and finishes with a subtle hint of chocolate.

Black Thai Event – Black IPA

It’s Black IPA day!!! Today we are finally releasing Black Thai Event, our Black IPA! Brewed with dark malts like a stout, but utilized so that there is no malt bitterness. Hopped with Sabro and Simco for their coconut and resinous flavors, we then steeped Ginger, Lemongrass, Mint, and Coconut in the whirlpool. Finished with coconut puree. 7.3% ABV 70 IBU

Winter Spice – Dunkel Weisse

Today we’re releasing Winter Spice Dunkel Weisse!! We collaborated with Missoula brewery-in-planning Otherworld Brewery, and we’re really excited for you all try this special winter beer. Starting with a traditional Dunkelweizen recipe, we cold-steeped the dark grains to lower the bitterness. Then we hopped with German Tettnang hops and finished with Mana Muffin – Banana Nut Honeybush tea from Phoenix Pearl Tea Company in Red Lodge, MT. 7.1% ABV  33 IBU
